Perhaps Alec's most technically superb album, Romeo and Juliet continues to be a Casablanca disco favourite around the world. Excerpts from Act I & II could be heard in the disco movie "Thank God it's Friday", although it did not feature on the soundtrack album. Act I & II are an epic eurodisco masterpiece, featuring the right combination of a throbbing disco beat, wailing vocals, and full instrumental orchestration thanks to 48 track recording.
