Sheila & B. Devotion
French Chic-styled disco queen (Rodgers and Edwards
produced her eponymous album), arranged by
Narada Michael Walden. Sheila hit it big in 1979 with European smash hit "Spacer".
From her first album, listen for those freaky wah-wahs on her classic disco version of
"Singin' in the rain", and from that album also "Love me baby" and "I don't need no doctor".
There are several French & UK 12" which do not exist on US 12". (The French and UK copies
have the same catalogue numbers).
